- 3 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 packet Italian dressing mix
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 6 hoagie rolls
- 6 slices provolone cheese
Instructions
- Place beef in Instant Pot.
- Add beef broth, Italian dressing mix, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and black pepper.
- Close lid and set to high pressure for 60 minutes.
- Allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick release remaining pressure.
- Shred beef with two forks.
- Toast hoagie rolls and top with shredded beef and provolone cheese.
Notes
- For extra flavor, broil sandwiches with cheese for 2-3 minutes.
- Leftovers keep refrigerated for 3-4 days.
- Freeze cooked beef for up to 3 months.
