Ingredients

  • 3 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 6 hoagie rolls
  • 6 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Place beef in Instant Pot.
  2. Add beef broth, Italian dressing mix, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and black pepper.
  3. Close lid and set to high pressure for 60 minutes.
  4. Allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick release remaining pressure.
  5. Shred beef with two forks.
  6. Toast hoagie rolls and top with shredded beef and provolone cheese.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, broil sandwiches with cheese for 2-3 minutes.
