Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, black pepper, and paprika.
- Coat chicken breasts evenly with the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side.
- If using cornstarch, mix it with water and stir into the pan to thicken the sauce.
- Simmer for 2 minutes until the sauce coats the chicken.
- Serve hot with rice or vegetables.

- For extra flavor, marinate chicken for up to 2 hours.
- Adjust honey and soy sauce to taste.
