- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix oats, almonds, cranberries, and salt in a bowl.
- Warm honey and peanut butter in a saucepan until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Press mixture into a lined baking pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.

- Store in airtight container for up to a week.
- Substitute nuts or dried fruits as preferred.
