- 1/2 cup peanut butter

- 1/4 cup dried fruit
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix oats, nuts, and dried fruit in a bowl.
- Warm honey and peanut butter in a small saucepan until smooth.
- Add vanilla and salt to the honey mixture.
- Pour the liquid mix over the dry ingredients and stir well.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Swap peanut butter for almond butter if preferred.
- Add chocolate chips for extra sweetness.
