- 8 oz sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add steak and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from pan.
- Add shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes until pink. Remove from pan.
- Stir-fry bell pepper, broccoli, and garlic for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Return steak and shrimp to the pan. Add soy sauce, honey, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Toss everything together and cook for 1 more minute. Serve hot.

- Slice steak against the grain for tenderness.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spiciness.
- Serve over rice or cauliflower rice for a complete meal.
