- 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 oz whole wheat pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
- Stir in shredded chicken, cooked pasta, chicken broth, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes.
- Toss everything together and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
- Use leftover rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
- Substitute broccoli with spinach or zucchini if preferred.
- Add a squeeze of lemon juice for extra flavor.
