Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 oz whole wheat pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  4. Stir in shredded chicken, cooked pasta, chicken broth, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Toss everything together and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  6. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
