- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, and salt.
- Add maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Press the mixture into the prepared dish and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- For a nut-free version, use sunflower seed butter.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
