Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat.
- Mix beef, potatoes, onion, soup, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
- Serve hot.
