- 1 cup white rice
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt

- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in rice, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
