Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp with garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers if using wooden ones, soak them first for 10 minutes.
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
