  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish.
  3. Pour marinade over chicken, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  4. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess marinade.
  7. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add chopped fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro.
  • If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling.
  • Adjust cooking time based on chicken thickness.
