Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Rub chicken with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
- Warm pita breads for 30 seconds on the grill or in a microwave.
- Spread tzatziki sauce on each pita.
- Top with sliced chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion.
- Fold pita around the fillings and serve immediately.
