Ingredients

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 sprig rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk until fully blended.
- Place steak in a resealable bag.
- Pour marinade over steak.
- Seal bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Remove steak from marinade before cooking.
- Discard used marinade.
- Cook steak as desired.

- Marinate steak longer for deeper flavor.
- Use fresh garlic for best results.
