Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak pieces and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 1 minute, then remove steak from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and whisk for 1 minute.
  5. Gradually stir in milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer.
  6. Add shredded cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
  7. Combine cooked macaroni with cheese sauce.
  8. Serve steak bites over mac and cheese.
