- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak pieces and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 1 minute, then remove steak from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and whisk for 1 minute.
- Gradually stir in milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer.
- Add shredded cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Combine cooked macaroni with cheese sauce.
- Serve steak bites over mac and cheese.

- Use freshly grated cheese for a smoother sauce.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Let steak rest for 3 minutes before cutting into bites.
