- 4 halibut fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Brush halibut fillets with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Press the Parmesan mixture onto the top of each fillet.
- Place fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and fish flakes easily.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh halibut for best results.
- Do not overcook the fish to keep it moist.
- You can use panko breadcrumbs for a crunchier crust.
