Instructions

- Pour mixture over chicken and potatoes, ensuring everything is coated.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

- For crispier potatoes, broil for 2-3 minutes after cooking.
