Instructions
- Preheat grill or oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, mix steak, potatoes, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and place each on a sheet of foil.
- Fold the foil to create sealed packets.
- Grill or bake for 20-25 minutes until steak is cooked and potatoes are tender.
- Open packets carefully, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
