Ingredients

  • 500g boneless chicken breast, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 250g pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken cubes with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Add a splash of pasta water if sauce is too thick.
