- 500g boneless chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 250g pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken cubes with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Add a splash of pasta water if sauce is too thick.
