Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, heat water, butter, sugar, and salt until boiling.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour until smooth.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla until dough forms.
- Transfer dough to a piping bag with a star tip.
- Pipe 2-inch strips onto greased air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Toss warm churro bites in cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Serve immediately.
