Instructions
- Pat the flounder fillets dry with paper towels.
- Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Dredge each fillet in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
- Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and flaky.
- Remove fillets and keep warm.
- Add lemon juice and parsley to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Pour the sauce over the fillets and serve immediately.

- Use fresh flounder for best results.
- Adjust lemon juice to taste.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or roasted potatoes.
