Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.
- Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish.
- Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and let excess drip off.
- Grill for 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.

- For best results, marinate the steak overnight.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to control spiciness.
- Use a meat thermometer to check doneness (130°F for medium-rare).
