Ingredients

  • 15 large marshmallows
  • 15 glace cherries
  • 50g desiccated coconut
  • 50g butter, softened
  • 50g condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
  2. Cut the marshmallows and glace cherries into small pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the crushed biscuits, marshmallows, and cherries.
  4. Add the softened butter and condensed milk to the mixture.
  5. Mix everything together until well combined and forms a sticky dough.
  6. Shape the mixture into a log or roll.
  7. Roll the log in desiccated coconut until fully coated.
  8. Wrap the log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  9. Slice into 15 equal pieces before serving.
