Ingredients

  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 cup corn kernels

  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water, simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Layer tortilla chips in a baking dish.
  5. Top with beef mixture, beans, corn, and salsa.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes until cheese melts.
