- 1/2 cup sour cream

- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Add green chilies, tomatoes, red onion, sour cream, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds or until fully melted.
- Stir well and serve warm with tortilla chips or vegetables.
Notes
- For extra spice, add diced jalapeños.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the microwave with a splash of milk to maintain creaminess.
