- 1 lb fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix shrimp, rice, cheese, mayonnaise, celery, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.

- You can substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
