- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the salsa, black beans, corn, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

- You can use store-bought salsa or make your own.
