Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet, if using. Drain any excess fat.
- Combine Rotel and Velveeta in a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl.
- Heat on medium-low, stirring frequently, until cheese is fully melted.
- Add cooked ground beef and chili powder, if desired, and stir to combine.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, use hot Rotel tomatoes.
