- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- Add onions and garlic, cook until softened (about 2 minutes)
- Add ground beef and cook until browned (5-6 minutes)
- Stir in bell pepper and zucchini, cook for 3-4 minutes
- Season with oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper
- Remove from heat and top with feta cheese
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving
Notes
- For extra flavor, add 1/4 cup sliced olives
- Serve over rice or with warm pita bread
- Substitute ground lamb for a more authentic Mediterranean taste
