Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, butter, and powdered sugar until crumbly. Add egg yolk and knead into a dough.
- Press dough into a tart pan and bake for 15 minutes.
- Whisk granulated sugar, lemon juice, eggs, lemon zest, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Pour filling into the crust and bake for 20-25 minutes until set.
- Cool completely before serving.
