- 1 egg

- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into oval patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties until browned on both sides.
- Remove patties and set aside.
- Add beef broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
- Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the broth.
- Return patties to the skillet and cook until heated through and sauce thickens.

- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
