Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into small nuggets.
- Coat each nugget lightly in flour.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry nuggets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, bake nuggets at 400°F for 15 minutes after frying.
- Use a cookie scoop for evenly sized nuggets.
