- 1 ripe banana, mashed

- 1/4 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or chopped dates)
- 1/4 cup seeds (chia, flax, or sunflower)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix mashed banana, honey, peanut butter, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Add oats, nuts, dried fruit, seeds, and salt. Stir well.
- Press mixture firmly into a lined baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
- Serve with a fresh banana.
