Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Pat cod fillets dry and sear for 2 minutes per side.
  5. Pour the glaze over the cod and transfer the skillet to the oven.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion before serving.
