A simple and delicious one-pot meal with tender chicken, broccoli, and rice in a creamy cheese sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add rice, broccoli, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Shred chicken with two forks and stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  5. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Use fresh or frozen broccoli.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • For a thicker sauce, let it sit uncovered for 10 minutes before serving.
