- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add rice, broccoli, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
- Shred chicken with two forks and stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen broccoli.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For a thicker sauce, let it sit uncovered for 10 minutes before serving.
