Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, butter, powdered sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla extract to form a dough.
- Press the dough into a tart pan and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
- Let the crust cool completely.
- Whip heavy cream with granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Dissolve gelatin in warm water and fold it into the whipped cream.
- Fill the cooled crust with the cream mixture.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Garnish with fresh berries.
