- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned.
- Stir in curry powder, salt, pepper, turmeric, cumin, and coriander.
- Pour in coconut milk and mix well.
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.
