  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (alcohol-free)
  • 2 large eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, cornmeal, and flour until well combined.
  3. Stir in the milk, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the beaten eggs and mix until smooth.
  5. Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.
  6. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set. A knife inserted near the center should come out clean.
  7. Let the pie cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
