Ingredients

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and mixed vegetables. Spread evenly in a greased baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to form a batter. Pour over the chicken and cheese.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
