  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 bag (9.75 oz) Doritos, crushed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes, milk, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Layer half of the crushed Doritos in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the Doritos.
  6. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese on top.
  7. Add the remaining crushed Doritos, then top with the rest of the cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
