- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 bag (9.75 oz) Doritos, crushed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes, milk, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Layer half of the crushed Doritos in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly over the Doritos.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese on top.
- Add the remaining crushed Doritos, then top with the rest of the cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- Use any flavor of Doritos for variety.
- Substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
