Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add softened butter, ricotta cheese, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Let the cake cool before dusting with powdered sugar.
