Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
  4. Add bell pepper and onion, cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and black pepper.
  6. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  7. Serve hot.
