- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
- Add bell pepper and onion, cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and black pepper.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot.

- Slice beef thinly for quicker cooking.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Add chili flakes for extra heat.
