Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in diced apples.
  5. Pour batter into the loaf pan.
  6. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the batter.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool before slicing.
