Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in diced apples.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the batter.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use firm apples like Granny Smith for best results.
- Optional: Drizzle with glaze if desired.
