- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt.
- Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes.

- For a richer flavor, marinate the cod for 30 minutes before baking.
- You can substitute cod with other white fish like haddock or halibut.
