- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 diced tomato
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 6 small tortillas
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat
- Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning with water as directed on packet
- Simmer for 5 minutes
- Warm tortillas according to package instructions
- Arrange all components separately on plates
- Serve immediately with lime wedges

- Can substitute ground turkey or chicken for beef
- Add avocado slices for extra flavor
