Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a food processor, blend the dates until they form a sticky paste.
- Add almond butter, almond flour, vanilla extract, and salt. Process until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and flatten them into cookie shapes.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges turn golden.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For a crunchier texture, bake for an extra 2 minutes.
- You can substitute almond butter with peanut butter if preferred.
