  • 4 sandwich rolls
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 4 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season cube steaks with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Cook steaks for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers until softened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Mix mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl.
  6. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the sandwich rolls.
  7. Place a cooked cube steak on each roll, top with sautéed onions and peppers, and add a slice of provolone cheese.
  8. Serve immediately.
