- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 head butter lettuce
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds.
- Add ground chicken, cook until browned.
- Stir in water chestnuts, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until flavors blend.
- Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves.
- Garnish with green onions.
