- 1.5 lbs beef steak (cubed)
- 4 large potatoes (diced)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Coat steak cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer diced potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add seasoned steak cubes on top of potatoes.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Top with shredded cheese and sour cream.
- Cover again until cheese melts (about 10 minutes).
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Use russet or Yukon gold potatoes for best texture.
- Adjust cooking time based on crockpot settings.
- Add crispy bacon bits for extra flavor.
