- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 package (20 oz) cheese tortellini
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the CrockPot.
- Add marinara sauce, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred chicken with two forks.
- Add tortellini and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen tortellini.
- Add spinach or mushrooms for extra vegetables.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
