- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet (0.87 oz) dry chicken gravy mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, dry gravy mix, chicken broth, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with a fork and stir into the gravy.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
Notes
- For a thicker gravy, mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp water and stir into the crockpot during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
